breakfast: a slice of bread with nutella (which is FINE!)
lunch: blueberry clif bar and cantaloupe (and then i had 2 bags of my friends potato chips…)
AND THEN I GET HOME, and things go downhill:
another slice of bread with nutella
1 and a half tubes of girl scout cookies
a raw orange pepper
2 grapefruits with splenda and real sugar
1 scrambled egg and one whole-in one (fried toast with egg in middle)
5 pieces of bacon
slice of toast with butter
6 gummy vitamins!
TODAY WAS BAD. some of the things i ate were perfectly healthy, but other stuff was just unacceptable, and it was such a large amount at once.. i had 3 hours of cheer practice and stopped eating at 5:30 (and i wont eat for the rest of the night) but still. im disappointed in myself.
my ex boyfriend is talking to me again. we were friends after I broke up with HIM, but not in the same way we had been. ive always missed him though. all of a sudden hes talking to me again, sweet talking and adding <3's, flirting and complimenting. i dont want to miss him! he was the one boy i ever actually had SOMETHING with. and i dont know if i want it back, because he never treated me the way i should be treated anyway. if you have any advice for me, please help? :/
